Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders made after 6PM CST, will be processed the next business day.

Business Hours:
Mon – Fri, 10AM-6PM CST

Shipments do not occur on weekends or national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays in the fulfillment of your order. If this occurs, we will notify you via the email left on your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Bluebands Apparel, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Customize the following: Bluebands Apparel, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
